Val joined the Client Care team in 2021, after previously being a long-standing client of the practice. She enjoys welcoming clients and helping ensure every visit is a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Val has a particular soft spot for King Charles Cavalier Spaniels, having previously owned three herself.
Outside of work, Val enjoys spending time with her family and travelling to their caravan in Somerset at weekends.
