Lucy joined our team in 2021 as a Client Care Advisor and has since progressed to become our Client Care Manager. In her role, she supports both clients and the team by managing insurance claims, responding to queries, and has a soft spot for our more challenging patients.
When she’s not at work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Bandit and can often be found cheering on one of her daughters at skating competitions.
